Blastoise EX Blastoise Special Deck SVG Japanese 016/049

This card is found in the Blastoise Special Deck which was part of the Venusaur & Charizard & Blastoise Special Deck Set ex.  The set featured 3 decks of cards based on the original Kanto starter’s final evolutions.  The artwork looks very similar to the artwork in the 151 set only reversed, but it is slightly different and even has a different illustrator.  To read more about the Blastoise Special Deck set visit Bulbapedia.
