Blastoise & Piplup GX Sun & Moon Promo Indonesian 137/SM-P

The Sun & Moon Promos or “SM-P Promos” in Indonesia officially began in May 2019, a few months before the official trading card game was released.  Most of the cards in the set feature the Gym Challenge logo on the left hand side.  Cards with this logo were given out as prizes, or for participation in playing the card game in tournaments.  Note that this card is a holo version.  There is a similar non-holo version of this card released in the “Tag Team GX Starter Deck.”  To read more about the Sun & Moon Promos visit Bulbapedia.
