Blastoise Pokemon Trading Card Game Classic CLK F Chinese (Traditional) 003/032

The Pokemon Trading Card Game Classic set is comprised of three decks each of which have 34 cards (Asian languages don’t number the two energy cards).  The decks are based on the Kanto region’s first partner Pokemon of Blastoise, Charizard, and Venusaur.   The Blastoise artwork is a reprint of the original base set but with a different holo pattern.  The Asian language versions (Japanese, Korean, and traditional Chinese) have gold holographic bordering.  You could only purchase (or win through a lottery in Japan) the entire box set of these cards and they were positioned as a high end commemorative deck kit.  To read more about the 151 set visit Bulbapedia.
