Primordial Martial Arts was part of mainland China (Simplified Chinese) releasing sets to “catch up” to the rest of the world’s sets which had been released some time prior.  These sets were created using primarily pre-existing artworks from other language’s sets, though some artworks are entirely new.  This artwork was original featured in Asian countries (Japan and Korea) which released this card as part of the “VMAX Starter Set” using the numbering “001/020”.  Western countries (USA, France, Germany, Portugal, Spain, and Italy) put this card in the Sword & Shield Promos set using the numbering “SWSH101.”.  To read more about the Primordial Martial Arts set visit Bulbapedia.
