Blastoise V V Starting Deck Challenge scBF Chinese (traditional) 028/156

The V Starting Deck Challenge was released in Chinese, Indonesian, and Thai languages. It is a randomized deck of 60 cards comprised of the 156 cards that make up the entire set.  These cards have no holofoililing unlike their other language cards that contain the same artwork, which can be found in the Sword and Shield Promos and Starter Set VMAX Blastoise sets.
