Blastoise 25th Anniversary Promo s8a-P Japanese 003/025

Essentially a reprint of the first Japanese Blastoise artwork from 1996, the 25th Anniversary Promo set celebrates twenty five years of Pokemon cards. The card is almost an exact reprint of the original “no rarity” version except for having a copyright, which the original did not have, and a different numbering system (No.009 vs 003/025), and of course the big 25 logo is an easy distinguisher).
