Blastoise 25th Anniversary Promo s8a-PF Chinese (traditional) 003/025

Essentially a reprint of the first Chinese Blastoise artwork from 2000, the 25th Anniversary set celebrates twenty five years of Pokemon cards (the first TCG cards came out in 1996 in Japan). The original Chinese card followed the English and European market styling while this card follows the Japanese and Asian styling.  Looking at all the Celebrations/25th Anniversary cards you can really see the differences.  As of late most Asian market cards are following a different styling than non-Asian markets. For this card it is most noticeable in the card numbering (2/102 vs 003/025) and the elimination of the old copyright dates.
